L’Aube Parisienne is inspired by the quiet comfort of the morning. The light is soft, the day hasn’t fully started yet, and there’s a sense of calm before everything else unfolds. It evokes the feeling of waking up in your Parisian suite, a bright day ahead, no rush, no pressure — just space to breathe and enjoy the moment. Think cosy, clean, luminous, and quietly energising.

The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, without ever feeling staged. Carefully selected lingerie and accessories add a personal touch and help define the mood. The styling can be minimal, romantic, or elegant. Personally, I love the contrast of bright red lingerie and lipstick — or sometimes no lingerie at all, just red lips with red nails. It’s simple, confident, and timeless. We often begin the session with neutral makeup and softer posing, then gradually introduce red lipstick or lingerie and move into more intentional, confident poses. The transition feels natural and empowering.

— Larger rooms offer more creative freedom, especially when we can work close to large windows, an elegant chaise longue, or a beautiful vanity. These elements allow us to create full-body portraits that feel balanced and refined, never crowded. I bring my signature satin sheets, which move beautifully with the body and add softness to the images. Personal details, such as a partner’s white shirt or a meaningful piece of jewellery, are always welcome and add intimacy without overcomplicating the styling.

Before we start, I recommend having a light breakfast and your morning coffee, so you feel relaxed and focused. Freshly washed hair is important, as it keeps volume and movement instead of looking flattened from sleep, and well-hydrated skin helps achieve a natural, luminous finish under soft light.

When we arrive, hair and makeup are done first, while I prepare the space and light. Everything is organised quietly and efficiently, so once we begin shooting, you can fully focus on the experience. I guide you throughout the session, from simple, natural poses to more intentional ones, always at a comfortable and reassuring pace.

Natural light is at the heart of this style. On sunny mornings, we work with soft, bright light that smooths the skin and keeps the images airy and clean. On cloudier days, I subtly adapt the lighting to maintain that same luminous feeling. This approach is particularly flattering for women over 40, as the light remains gentle and does not emphasise skin texture or imperfections.
